In business texts, abbreviated names of full document names are often found, but they reflect their thematic variety. These are (according to the degree of decline in usage): Bill of sale, Given, Mortgage, Exchange and Exchange, Vacation, Business, Contribution, Feasible, Spiritual, Given, Business, Traveling, Incoming, Diverted, Decent and other similar.
Sometimes abbreviated names have an adjective-definition attached to them. Such are, for example, the Obodnaya Mezhevaya (1391), the Tabular Datnaya (1616), the Colloquial Petitionary (1568), the Izvetnaya Petitionary (1626), the Sod bill of sale (1664), the Turnout Petitionary (1670), the Mirskaya Posylnaya (1677), and the Izvetnaya Petitionary (1711).
In other cases, a single document has two abbreviated names that are different and at the same time similar in subject content. These names are connected by the union and, for example: Mortgage and Bill of Sale (1510). Report and Bill of Sale (1550). Mortgage and Bill of Sale and Sod (1557), Traveling and Separate and Boundary (1567), Receipt and Given (1675). Bill of sale and Allotment (1576). Compensation and Bill of Sale (1576). Offset and Allotment (1577). Deposit and Put (1579). Separate and Measured (1595). Mortgage and Prom (1685), Loan and Mortgage (1698).
Let's take a closer look at the cases when the document name uses either an adjective in combination with a noun, or an independent adjective. One and the same document can be called a Mortgage cabal and next to it just a Mortgage: "... and if the peasants do not buy out those hay mowing plots according to those mortgage cabals, and you would order those hay mowing plots according to mortgages to be owned by... Abbot Theodosius z bratya " (1649). Menovnaya fortress and Menovnaya:" ...the same fiefdom, two thirds of Vozdvizhenskim and four wastelands, which are written in this exchange name, own with all the land (...) And the menov fortress was written by the Intercession church deacon of Prince Fyodor Fyodorovich Sheleshpalsky Avtomanko Mikhailov's son... "(1582). Applied fortress and Applied: "The applied fortress was written by Ferapontko Mstislavtsev (...) To this day Priest Ignetius, instead of his spiritual daughter

Anna Shebalina, at her behest, put his hand " (1696). Allotment painting and Allotment:"...otvetschik servant Ivan Sibiryak took the Karzinsky village from the elder Anthony Solzenin for the elder Proclus all available... And in that, and two diversionary rosepisks were written: a withdrawal to Father Abbot Joasaph, who is about Christ to his brothers in the monastery, and the other to the new elder of the order Proclus... At his behest, the Lesestrovian Diomidko Averkiev laid a hand on this branch instead of the new executor of the elder Proclus" (1690). Vacation memory and Vacation pay in the Residential record:"...he Ivan released his local bobyli, Moevo's father Levonty, and my uncle Moevo Rodnov Miron Adeyev's children, and me Mokeyka and gave us a vacation memory, and that our vacation in Pskov was recorded in the order in the local table in the books and given to my father and uncle " (1625).
There are often other cases when the full and abbreviated self-names are used in the same document, when the abbreviated part is an adjective that names the topic of the document, and sometimes the method of compiling the document (genres are arranged in descending order of frequency).: Oral memory and Oral memory (1575), Exchange memory and Exchange memory (1582). Deposit memory and Deposit memory (1597-98), Exchange memory and Deposit memory (1650). Vacation memory and Vacation memory (1653). Feed memory and Feed memory (1656). Purchase memory and Purchase note (1659 World Memory and World Memory (1680). Given memory and Given (1681), Mennaya memory and Mennaya (1694); Tab Entry and Tab Entry (1542) Allotment Entry and Allotment (1545-46). Delnaya entry and Delnaya (1555). Delovaya entry and Delovaya (1562), Barter record and Barter record (1612), Bill of sale record and Bill of Sale (1612). Mortgage record and Mortgage (1648), Zahrebetnaya record and Zahrebetnaya (1656); Barter and Barter (1526-27). Deposit certificate and Deposit (1541). Delnaya gramota i Delnaya (1553) Ecclesiastical gramota i Delnaya Spiritual (1614). This charter and This (1619-20); Allotment list and Allotment list (1624). Survey list and Survey list (1628); Contribution statement and Contribution list (1648), Napoynaya mural and Napoynaya (1634).
Adjectives that have passed into the category of nouns and act as names of documents do not represent independent genres with their inherent properties, but are varieties of Letters, Memorials, Records, Books, Murals, Cabals, and other similar types of documents. This phenomenon occurs for various reasons.
One of the reasons is that the subject part of the name is so consistently used with a certain genre that there is no need to name this genre. So, a substantivized adjective (i.e. an adjective that has passed into the category of a noun-

A word used in a monument in its "pure" form, outside of the genre name, can be an abbreviated substitute for the name of only Fluent literature, because in combination with the names of other genres, the word Fluent is not found in monuments. Similarly, only in combination with the name Gramota are found Import, Vzmetnaya, Volnaya, Dernaya, Dopravnaya, Kuplenaya, Kupnaya, Nesudimaya, Podmennaya, Poletnaya, Authoritnaya-each of them occurs as an independent name of a separate document.
Documents with abbreviated names such as Doezhdaya, Kormezhnaya, Novostavlyannaya, Novoyavlyannaya, Obrazennaya, Pocherevnaya, and Reception can only be used as Memory. Only Entries can be Favorite, Give-away, Cool, Perineal, Handed-in, or Taken-out. Only the genre of Fairy Tales can transmit the abbreviated name Otrazhnaya, only the Extract genre can transmit Pravezhnaya, and only Books can use abbreviated names such as Lavochnaya and Otyavochnaya.
In these cases, the adjectives we are interested in are used only in combination with a certain genre. However, other reconstructions are also possible. Consider, for example, a document that calls itself Payment:"...ustyuzhans posadsky people Mikhailo Semyonov son Medvedev yes yaz Spiridon Ivanov Proskuryakov we took from the bishop's order Ignat Lukin on a brick note two rubles of money in payment in that we Mikhailo with tovaryschem and gave a payment written by their order to the bishop's square podya-chei afonka Petrov vorobyov" (1684)
You can reconstruct the Recording genre using the source of this document mentioned in the entry - Kirpichnaya.
Another reason for the appearance of abbreviated titles is when the text itself is quite indifferent to the genre. The abbreviated name Tab can denote both a Fortress, and a Cabal, and a Record; the adjective Business, can denote a List and a List, just like the adjectives Dispatch, Report, Boundary, Measuring, Branch, and some others.
The third reason for using abbreviated names is due to the fact that the author of the document finds it difficult to assign it to a specific genre.
It is possible that we simply do not know any monuments where these adjectives would be found in combination with the name of a particular genre. In the meantime, we believe that abbreviated thematic names of documents do not form an independent genre with specific properties implemented in the text of a certain structure (perhaps the only exception is the Petition ). Any thematically organized text belongs to a particular genre, follows its compositional and stylistic norms, and has a noun as the base word in the title.
